This is a first step only. You do not need to tell the whole story now. A short outline is enough.
The podcast is about real experiences, the paths people have been on, and what it can take to find your footing again. Some stories may be about therapy, good or bad. Some may be about recovery, loss, addiction, anxiety, shame, self-doubt, identity, relationships, family, or the quiet work of getting through something that changed you.
Some stories are about what went wrong.
Some are about what helped.
Some are about the point where something began to shift.
You do not need to use your real name at this stage. If your story moved forward, we could also talk about ways to protect your identity, such as using a different name, leaving out identifying details, or changing how much of your story is shared.
Nothing would be recorded or shared without a separate conversation, clear consent, and agreement about what you are comfortable with.
This form is here to make first contact easier.
For this page, I have chosen to use a separate form platform called Cognito Forms. It is embedded into this site, but handled through a dedicated form system chosen with privacy and care in mind.
Please only share what feels safe to share at this stage. You do not need to include names, places, dates, or details that could identify you or someone else unless you feel they are needed for the outline.
