Between Paths was made as a place for honest reflection
Between Paths Podcast
Therapy can be powerful, but it isn’t always affordable, and it isn’t always done well. This website isn’t a replacement for therapy. It’s a soft place to land when you’re looking for reflection, guidance, or simply the company of others who understand.
The podcast is being created now, and the first episodes will focus on red flags in therapy and the quieter signs that something isn’t right.
The podcast is on its way
APRIL 2026
The Between Paths Podcast is currently being created. The first episodes focus on red flags in therapy, unhealthy dynamics, and the quieter signs that something isn’t right. This space is here in the meantime, with resources, reflection, and support around the same themes.
First episodes
Red flags in therapy, subtle warning signs, and the things people often doubt or explain away
What this space offers now
Therapy safety, journaling, Songs From Life, and practical resources
What’s coming
Episodes, reflections, guest stories, and deeper conversations

A place to reflect, write things through, and find words for what has been hard to name.

Red flags, boundaries, trust, and the quieter signs that something may be off.

Music, lyrics, and creative prompts that help turn lived experience into expression.
Resources you can use now
Practical tools, downloads, and simple ways to keep reflecting between episodes.
Worksheets, prompts, and printable tools to support reflection and self-awareness.
A simple journaling space that is being developed alongside the wider Between Paths project.
Why this exists
I know that therapy is expensive and not everyone can afford it, so I built Between Paths as a steady place to land. Somewhere for honest reflection, practical resources, and the quieter parts of healing that do not always fit neatly into advice or answers. You may arrive here looking for clarity. Perhaps you are trying to trust yourself again. You may just need a place to begin. This space was made with that in mind.
Share Your Story
In time, the podcast will include real stories, reflections, and honest conversations. If you have something you may want to share, you can start here.
