Free Archetype Finder, Personality Questionnaire and Self-Discovery Resources
Between Paths is a free place for reflection, self-discovery and finding clearer words for what you are carrying.
Where talking or writing feels difficult, music, journaling and honest questions can offer another way in. You may be here because something in you feels stuck, or because you are trying to understand yourself better. You may be looking back over therapy, relationships, choices, loss, shame, anger, or the strange feeling that you have become distant from yourself.
You do not have to arrive with the right words. You do not have to know what you are looking for. Sometimes the first step is simply noticing that something inside you wants to be heard.
The Archetype Finder and Personality Questionnaire are the main starting points on Between Paths. They are not tests in the usual sense. They are not here to label you, diagnose you, or put you in a box. They are a way to begin a conversation with yourself.
Both tools draw on ideas connected to Jung’s work, especially the idea that different parts of us can show themselves through patterns, images, stories, roles and inner conflicts. You may recognise something straight away. You may disagree with something. You may find one sentence that stays with you. That can be enough. A good question does not have to give you the whole answer. Sometimes it just opens the right door.
The Archetype Finder helps you explore some of the deeper patterns that may be shaping how you move through life. The part that protects. The part that seeks. The part that feels wounded. The part that wants freedom. The part that keeps going even when it is tired. This is not about finding a perfect label. It is about noticing what feels familiar, what feels uncomfortable, and what might be asking for your attention.
The Personality Questionnaire gives you another way to reflect on how you think, feel, respond, protect yourself, relate to others, and make sense of the world. It is not a final answer. It is not a diagnosis. It is a starting point for self-understanding. Sometimes a simple question can show us something we have been carrying for years.

Why Between Paths exists
Sometimes life puts us between paths. Between who we were and who we are becoming. Between silence and speaking. Between confusion and clarity. Between trusting someone else and learning to trust ourselves again.
Between Paths was created for that middle space. It is for people who want to understand what happened, what they feel, what they need, and what might help them take the next honest step.
You do not need to be fixed before you begin. You do not need to be impressive. You do not need to turn your pain into a neat story. You can start where you are, with what you have, even if all you have is a feeling you cannot yet explain.
Other ways to explore
Journaling is one of the quieter paths through the site. Sometimes we do not understand ourselves by thinking harder. Sometimes we need to write. A few honest lines can open a door. A question can catch something we have been avoiding. A page can hold what feels too tangled to say out loud.
The journaling and reflection pages are there to help you slow down and notice what is happening inside. You do not need to be a writer. You do not need to write beautifully. You just need somewhere to start.
Songs From Life is another way in. Some feelings do not come out neatly. They come as fragments, memories, anger, shame, longing, grief, or a line that keeps repeating in your head. This part of the site is about turning thoughts and feelings into lyrics, music ideas and self-expression.
You do not need to be musical. You do not need to perform. This is not about creating something perfect. It is about finding another way to hear yourself.

There is also a section on therapy safety. Therapy can help people heal, but not all therapy is safe, ethical, or helpful. This part of the site offers plain guidance on therapy red flags, blurred boundaries, pressure, shame, trust, power and what good therapy should feel like.
Not to make you afraid of therapy. To help you stay in charge of your own experience.
A note before you begin
Between Paths is not a replacement for therapy, medical care, crisis support, or professional help. It is an educational and reflective space. A place to think. A place to write. A place to notice what you may have pushed down. A place to ask better questions.
You are still in charge of your choices here. Take what helps. Leave what does not. Go slowly.
If you are unsure where to begin, start with the Archetype Finder or the Personality Questionnaire. They are there to give you a doorway, not a label.
