Resources, reflections and places to begin
This page brings together the main Between Paths guides, reflections and practical tools. Some people arrive knowing exactly what they are looking for. Others only know that something feels difficult, stuck or hard to explain.
You do not need to understand everything before you begin. You might be looking for help with journalling, relationships, therapy safety, meditation, trauma, difficult habits, a major life change, or simply a quieter place to think.
Start with the section that feels closest to where you are now. You can change direction later.
These resources are not a programme that has to be completed in the correct order.
Use what helps. Leave what does not. Return to something later if it begins to feel more relevant.
Not sure where to begin?
These two pages offer different starting points. One looks at the coping patterns that may appear when life feels difficult. The other helps you explore different forms of support and self-understanding.
