Therapy can be powerful but it’s not always affordable, and it isn’t always done well. This website isn’t a replacement for therapy it’s a soft place to land when you’re looking for guidance, reflection, or simply the company of others who understand.

Why This Website Exists

Therapy can be life changing, but it’s not always available, and sadly, it isn’t always safe. I’ve worked with too many people who’ve felt let down, unheard, or even damaged by therapy that wasn’t what they hoped for. And I’ve also seen how expensive or inaccessible support can be when someone needs it most.

Between Paths is here to be a softer place in between a space that doesn’t tell you how to heal, but offers tools and stories to walk alongside you. It’s built on compassion, curiosity, and the belief that no two journeys are the same. You won’t find judgments or fixes or treatment plans here just some resources and reflections that respect where you are right now.

We’re All Different And That’s Okay
There’s no single path. No checklist to tick. Just your experience, unfolding in your own time.

Meditation isn’t for everyone and that’s okay. Some people find calm in silence; others find it in movement, music, or even a good conversation. Healing doesn’t have to look a certain way. It doesn’t need to be neat or polished.

You don’t need to meditate every morning, journal every night, or do anything “perfectly.” You just need to feel safe showing up as you are.
