HOMEPAGE
Between Paths is a place for honest reflection
Not everyone can afford therapy.
And not all therapy feels safe or helpful.
This sits somewhere in between.
Not therapy. Not nothing.
Just a place to begin.
If something in your life feels unclear, off, or hard to put into words, you can start here.

WHY THIS EXISTS
I know how many people get left behind.
Some can’t afford therapy.
Some have tried it and been let down.
Some aren’t ready for it yet.
This space isn’t a replacement for therapy.
It’s somewhere to pause, reflect, and begin to understand what’s going on for you.
Take what helps. Leave what doesn’t.
A SIMPLE WAY IN
You don’t need to figure everything out first.
You might want to:
- understand something that didn’t feel right
- write things through at your own pace
- listen to something that helps you see things differently
- or just sit with something for a while
Start wherever it fits.

THE PODCAST
The podcast explores real concerns, not polished answers.
The early episodes focus on red flags in therapy and the quieter warning signs people often explain away.
Over time, it opens into wider conversations about healing, reflection, and trust.
HELP SHAPE THIS
Between Paths is still being shaped.
You can explore what’s here, try the app, and say what works—or what doesn’t.
If something helps, say.
If something feels off, say that too.
That’s how this stays real.
SUPPORT
Everything here is free to access because I believe it should be.
If something here helps you think more clearly, feel less alone, or put something into words, and you want to support it, you can.
If you can’t, no pressure. You’re very welcome here.
